Summer Game Fest 2024 Set for June 7th

The 2024 Summer Game Fest showcase will take place on Thursday, June 7th, at 2 PM PDT/5 PM EDT/10 PM BST/11 PM CEST. Geoff Keighley, the event's organizer, announced the date on Twitter, promising "new game announcements, world premieres, and more" during the two-hour live stream.

The Summer Game Fest is an annual event that showcases upcoming video games from major publishers and independent developers. Last year's showcase featured announcements from companies such as Xbox, PlayStation, Capcom, and Ubisoft.

In addition to the main showcase, the Summer Game Fest will also include SGF Play Days, an invite-only media and industry event that will take place on June 7th and 8th. SGF Play Days will allow attendees to get hands-on experience with the latest games before they are released.
